This week’s assignment from the League: “Where are they now?”

where are they now?

League of Extraordinary Bloggers

Last week’s results for the League of Extraordinary Bloggers was another big success. We’ve had 21 blogs contribute to both of the first two topics, and I’m curious to see how we do this week with an assignment that is a bit more challenging. Here goes…

——

The 80’s and 90’s were filled with kids and teens in the movies. Which movie would you like to see a sequel made in 2012 with the original cast members, who have aged the same as you and me.

——

Once you put up a post on your site add a comment below with the URL. Next Monday, I will put up a post here on Cool & Collected with a list of all the contributing blogs. Once that list is posted, try to incorporate at least three of those links (but more would be great!) into the article you wrote on your site.

By cross-posting like this, we will help each other out by sending new readers to each other’s sites. Have fun!

(Wondering what the heck this is all about? We’re recruiting for this loose-knit, rag tag crew! Here are the details for joining The League.)

Yep, this week’s topic is going to be a challenge. There are plenty of movies to consider, but then you have to consider how the stars have aged too (assuming they’re still alive!).

Oh yeah, I wanted to go with Goonies but three times is a bit much so I went with “Labyrinth”!

I have a very strong suspicion that you won’t be the only one covering this movie [cough] me [cough]. Great minds obviously think alike. 😉

The Outsiders would certainly be a good candidate for this week’s topic? Will you be taking it on???

I’ve always been a fan of Jennifer Connelly. Surprised she hasn’t done all that many more movies. it would be fun to see her in a sequel to this movie.
