Wasn’t Dr. Blight from Captain Planet (Capitán Planeta)?
Too many years since I watched both cartoons 🙁
Dr. Blight was on Captain Planet. I love that figure so much. Don’t worry about the mistake, I do things like that all the time. In fact, speaking of Captain Planet, whenever Captain Power or Captain Planet are in a sentence I always have to do a double take.
