With all the shelves, doors, and windows, wall space in the cave is at a premium, so it takes a special poster to get framed and hung in this space, but an original Empire Strikes Back movie poster fits the bill nicely.
Empire is my favorite of the original trilogy, mainly because of the Hoth scenes at the beginning. That frozen planet drove my imagination wild as a kid, and it was always the scenario of choice when my brother and I played with our Star Wars toys. I remember dumping a box of baking soda onto the ground to simulate the frozen tundra, and trying to trip up my dog with the snow speeder’s tow cable. Good times.
This marks the fifth day of the Blogging from A to Z Challenge, and I have to admit that “E” had me stumped the most so far. I almost went with Escape from New York, but settled on Empire. What will the letter “F” bring? Find out tomorrow!
