This week’s assignment from the League: Social Media

social media

Facebook had its IPO and Mark Zuckerberg almost became wealthier than you and me. What did we do before social media entered our lives? Oh yeah, we were productive!

This week’s league topic:

—-

Take a peek at a fictional character’s social media account. What would his or her Twitter feed or Facebook page look like?

—-

league of extraordinary bloggers logo Once you put up a post on your site add a comment below with the URL. Next Monday, I will put up a post here on Cool & Collected with a list of all the contributing blogs. Once that list is posted, if you haven’t already done so, try to incorporate at least three of your fellow League members’ links (but more would be great!) into the article you wrote on your site.

By cross-posting like this, we will help each other out by sending new readers to each other’s sites. Have fun!

(Wondering what the heck this is all about? We’re recruiting for this loose-knit, rag tag crew! Here are the details for joining The League.)

Wow Reis, you went all out on this one! I don’t even want to think how long it took you to Photoshop that whole thing. Awesome!

Fun assignment. I’m cheating a bit this week and re-posting a few cartoons from my webcomic Para Abnormal that imagine Indiana Jones’ world using social media.

Google Plus. Represent! Here’s my entry…not too heavy on content but a fun little art project (I’m too much of a simpleton to use a template apparently)
