The other day, I showed you how I made a new photo backdrop for some action figure pictures I wanted to shoot for my new online shop. Here are some of the results so far…
I really like the way these are turning out, especially how the “cheap” Burger King Dr. Doom looks like he’s worth at least the $0.99 I’m asking for it.
If you’ve seen anything in my yard sale haul posts that you would be interested in buying, drop me a note and if I still have it, I’ll put it up in the shop. The E.T. bank is NOT for sale! 😉

These look AMAZING! The last one looks simply epic! I’d love to read more detailed product photography tips from you, like what camera settings and lighting your recommend, etc.

Thanks, Van. I’m far from being a pro photographer, but it has always been a fun hobby for me. I’d be happy to put together some posts on the camera settings and lighting that I use. Stay tuned… 🙂

I love the TMNT’s. I am slowly getting into toy collecting (I already read/collect comics and collect baseball cards). I was at a thrift store the other day and bought this 1994 Warriors Savage Leo for $1. I didn’t get any accessories with it but still a cool little figure for a buck I think.

Great site you got going, I’m now a daily reader for sure.

Thanks, Trey! And nice find. Nothing beats thrift store finds!

I love the way the groups shots look! With fantastic backdrops like these are we going to see some Cool & Collected stop-motion animation next? 😉
Brian says
Ha! I think I’ll have to leave the movie-making to you. 😉

Love that backdrop and it makes everything in front of it look so much cooler.
