This awesome Friday the 13th poster will be available from Mondo at a random time tomorrow. I’ve been a fan of Francesco Francavilla’s pulp noir style for a while, and hopefully, this poster will find its way onto my wall.
It takes a skilled hand to capture an entire film with a single image–many try, but few succeed–Francavilla succeeds big time. I appreciate that he didn’t grab the low-hanging fruit and go with a gore-fueled approach. This is a poster you can actually hang on the wall without getting stares from people who come to visit–maybe.

Eric, that is awesome! What a great item to have in your collection/portfolio — consider me very jealous.
It makes me think moreso of part 2 with the little shack in the back.
I think it works well to cover the whole franchise–except maybe that trip into outer space. 😉
