I love it when the mail man leaves a giant cardboard tube on my doorstep with Mondo’s “M” on the end cap. Here are some close-up shots of the Hellboy poster by Florian Bertmer. As I suspected, the red on this poster jumps out and punches you in the nose — I love it!
The print run for this poster was 240, and I got number 66.
if you want to get a poster at the retail price, you have to follow Mondo’s Twitter feed, and then be very lucky, since they are usually sold out in minutes. You can expect to pay double or more on eBay.
Although this print is nice, Taylors Hellboy II is AMAZING! It really blows Bertmers out of the water!

I haven’t seen the two side by side in person, so I might not be able to judge, but I love that bright red on the greens and black. That’s why this poster got my money.
No way. The Hellboy 2 poster is overly cluttered. This one is striking in its retro-styling, forward-facing imagery, and near blacklight-like impression.
