The latest issue of the LEGO Club Magazine arrived and I was able to snap a few pictures before the kids grabbed it out of my hands and ran away with it. The magazine is a big deal in our household, and is devoured by all us boys, giving us the inside scoop on what LEGO has in the works.
The latest issue had the typical spreads devoted to LEGO Star Wars, City, and Ninjago sets, but they also featured the new Avengers sets…
Now here’s something that is going to make my wallet groan–LEGO Lord of the Rings!
In addition to the amazing new Lord of the Rings minifigs, there’s also a page for the new Series 7…
There aren’t a whole lot of things that are free these days, so if you have kids (and even if you don’t) subscribing to this magazine is a no-brainer. It’s a lot of fun, and all kids–big and small–will enjoy receiving it every month.

I have my sights set on the monster sets coming out this fall. I did send in my subscription form for the Lego magazine, so I wonder if this will be waiting in the mailbox when I get home…
Chris Ver Valen says
I wouldn’t count on it! Like the guy said it’s a no brainer and it’s a great mag.
Now i don’t want to look a gift horse in the mouth but come on I sent my
subscription in the end of oct. last year and didn’t get my first and only mag until march of this year. I would rather pay for the mag and get it then see the disappointment on the kids faces all the time. I don’t know what brian is talking about when he says he gets it
each month. maybe he knows something or somebody i don’t. I have looked into and have asked alot
of people about this and more times than not people are having the same problem. I wish lego would be more clear on the matter and even more so get back to me on this.
Like i said, I would rather get the mag by paying for it than not at all! I’ve got all kinds of answers from people except the one i’m looking for, and thats when the HELL am I going to receive the next lego club magazine!!!!

Wow, I had no idea that Lego was having problems with their distribution. We really do get a copy of the magazine sent to our house every month. Maybe I should put up regular posts like this so you can see what’s inside!
Chris Ver Valen says
Brian, your post is awesome! Now I will be able to show the kids what the magazine
looks like and a preview of whats inside. I think my frustration on the matter comes from me being just as disappointed as the kids. I did appreciate the comment about the groan your wallets going to make over the L.O.T.Rs. theme sets. Also, I can’t say whether or not Lego is having distribution problems or not. Maybe my mailman likes Legos as much as we do and doesn’t realise the magazine is free:)
