Cowabunga! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Poster from Mondo to be Released Today

Mondo is releasing another awesome poster today. The latest offering is for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, illustrated by Jeff Proctor. The regular poster is $40 with only 155 being produced, and the variant black and white version is $65, with a print run of just 55. As usual, Mondo will be announcing the sale on their Twitter feed. You can expect these to sell out in under five minutes, so good luck!

Now, I don’t remember the movie being so dark and serious, but I do remember the comics having this vibe, so I think it works pretty well. What do you think?

Based on the first Movie! I love it! I think that first movie is my favorite in all TMNT lore, it even had April’s original apartment as it appeared in the comic if I recall correctly.

I love the details in this like the chained splinter, arcade game, and the pack of 80s styled punks 🙂

I typically love Alamo posters but I just dont feel this one .. i feel the Cooper set that they released last year is far superior.

Also much as I loved TMNT growing up, how many times are they going to redo it?!?! How about some other classics .. Something like Red Dawn would be sweet especially with the remake slotted to come out this year! 🙂

I agree. The first set of posters was far superior than this one, but I was still happy to snag one the other day. A “Red Dawn” poster would be awesome, though i don’t have high hopes for the remake. 😉

(BTW – Your collection is incredible!)
