It’s been a while since I took some action figure photos, so I hit the toy store the other day to see what I could find. Check out this awesome Robocop figure by Neca.
That is the spitting image of Peter Weller!
And here’s the full body profile. I love those pistons on the back of his calves–they really work when you bend his ankles!
This image is the closest I got to looking like the streets of Detroit. I was using a new backdrop I made from recycled parts from an old vacuum cleaner and a shredder, along with my favorite Christmas lights and flashlights.
I’m real pleased with the way this last shot turned out. It’s not quite the gritty industrial setting I was going for, but it still looks pretty cool, and really highlights the details of the figure. These Neca figures almost make it too easy to get a good photo!
