A Collection a Day #8 – Oversized Comics, originally uploaded by Cool and Collected.
My comic book collecting days are far behind me. I still have a couple of long boxes filled with mostly junk and a few gems, but when I saw a stack of these oversized comics at a flea market not long ago, I snatched them up. I just had to know who would win in an epic battle between the Incredible Hulk and Batman. This stuff doesn’t happen everyday since the two heroes are from different comic universes. The Dark Knight held his own somehow, but I think the Hulk’s strength was toned down just a wee bit to make this fight a bit more fair.
I have collected so many different things that I thought it would be fun to try and photograph a collection a day and see how far I can get.
