A Collection a Day #48 – X-Men Comic Books

I wouldn’t be much of a pop culture collector if I didn’t have a few comics lying around. Twenty years ago, I went to my favorite local comic book shop with four long boxes filled with pulpy gold, sure to make a fortune. The owner picked out a few Punishers and Wolverines and let me lug the boxes back home.

I left a fifth box at home, which was filled with my prized X-Men collection, not quite ready to part with those. I still have most of my beloved X-Men, but unfortunately I also still have a few boxes filled with such “treasures” as Adolescent Radioactive Blackbelt Hamsters and Fish Police, so if you’re looking to fill some gaps in your collection, just let me know.

I have collected so many different things that I thought it would be fun to try and photograph a collection a day and see how far I can get.
